i can't believe that it's the end of the year

i feel the snow and the chill drawing near

but my mind's in a fog

like i'm in silent hill

and it feels like i lost the path ahead

and it feels like all i know is dread

and it's a fine line that i have to tread

and if i don't move forward

then i'll end up dead

and through the blizzard of emotions

i'm just going through the motions

why was i chasing a promotion

instead of chasing dreams?

i really do not have the notion

but if i do get lost in this storm

of deprecation

that i lose sight of all that's great

i'll think of y'all 'til it starts to warm

and count the minutes ' til the next hour with you

it's what i'll try to do

I mean i was likely gonna make a Christmas song anyways, because i feel like the world needs more Christmas songs (Especially since they play the same 5 tunes over and over), but this theme was perfect, because not only did it give me the advantage, but i also managed to incorporate some winter elements too, to keep it a bit more cold sounding than normal. The bulk of this is basically DnB/Jungle but with some tubular bell sounds, some whimsical chords, and some ambient-ish stuff (I know saying the term here is controversial lol). It's all topped off with some choir pads, some dynamic sub basslines, a rich lead melody (Actually 2), and some arps and vocal samples. It's basically Christmas and Winter themed. Whatever it is, you were likely gonna receive it anyways. Hope you enjoy!
