It's Metal as hell, without it being actual metal (Unless you count the sampled guitars). Bulk of the interest comes in the form of some syncopated synth leads, some thick distorted drums played in a fast hardcore-ish way, a 303 line with distortion cranked, and then later on a dynamic melody and chord progression played in E Minor. It's all about the intensity and the sheer volume of chaos. Whilst still remaining not only accessible, but also with the metal attitude.
