A weird blend of the video source inspiration, a paper sample pack from freesound for percussion, a kick from my library and 3xOSC in FL. Still not happy with the bassline but this is what i came up with. This has been super fun!

I actually don't have a name for this weird but very chill blend. It's far from calming because it has a heavy beat and sidechain, yet the melodies are happy, and serene. Ambient Techno isn't a great term, because again this is peaceful. I don't know how i exactly got to this point, but let's say it started with a "Traditional Japanese Music" YouTube search term. Enjoy!
