For whatever reason, when I think of city scenes, I think of jazz. There was a general night time feel, or at least low light, so I decided to go with minor jazz.

I took an approach I didn't forsee. I decided to take the darker side of the picture. Couldn't tell what the top one was. I took a stormy night mood, and the existential hopelessness of the electric ball and the rings of Saturn.
